These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the WinZar mobile application and related services (“WinZar”, “we”, “us”, “our”), owned and operated by Velmora Technologies.

By using WinZar, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy.
If you do not agree, you must stop using the App immediately.

1. Eligibility

1.1 WinZar is intended for adults aged 18 years and above.
1.2 Users below 18 are strictly prohibited; any such account will be terminated.
1.3 You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
1.4 You are responsible for ensuring that using WinZar is lawful in your jurisdiction.

2. Rewards & Fair Usage Policy

WinZar provides rewards, spin features, referral benefits, non-real cash games (as per availability) and survey-based earnings to its users. To maintain a fair, transparent, and secure ecosystem, the following terms apply:
2.1 Welcome Bonus:
New users may receive a welcome bonus after successful account registration. The value, availability, and conditions of the welcome bonus are subject to WinZar’s discretion and may change without prior notice.
2.2 Referral Rewards
Referral rewards are credited only after the referred user successfully completes their first valid survey. Referral rewards are not guaranteed merely upon app installation or sign-up. Any form of self-referral, fake accounts, multiple accounts, or misuse may result in cancellation of referral rewards.
2.3 Survey Rewards
Surveys are provided by third-party partners. Rewards are credited only when a survey is successfully completed according to the partner’s eligibility and validation rules. If a survey is rejected, terminated, or incomplete, no reward will be credited. Reward availability depends on location, partner networks, and stock availability.
2.4 Spin Wheel Rewards
The spin wheel is a promotional feature. WinZar reserves the right to increase, decrease, limit, suspend, or modify the frequency and availability of the spin wheel feature within a 24-hour period or otherwise, at its sole discretion. Spin rewards are random and not guaranteed. Daily limits or fair usage restrictions may apply.
2.5 Reward Values & Modifications
Coin values, cash equivalents, referral rewards, spin rewards, and welcome bonuses may be modified from time to time. WinZar reserves the right to revise, pause, or discontinue any reward program without prior notice.
2.6 Fraud Prevention & Fair Usage
WinZar uses automated and manual systems to detect fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activities, including multiple accounts, VPN usage, or manipulation of rewards. If any violation is detected, WinZar may cancel rewards, suspend accounts, or permanently restrict access.
2.7 No Guaranteed Earnings
Earnings on WinZar are not guaranteed. Rewards depend on user eligibility, activity, survey availability, and third-party partner approval.
2.8 Final Authority
All decisions regarding rewards, spins, surveys, referrals, and earnings shall be final and binding, as determined solely by WinZar i.e WinZar may modify rewards, thresholds, or availability anytime without prior notice.
2.9 Rewards are credited as coins, redeemable for digital gift cards or vouchers after reaching the minimum threshold. Gift cards may be of various popular companies like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Swiggy, Zomato, Zepto, Lenskart, KFC etc depending on availability. You can choose as you want subject to you must have sufficient balance in your wallet.
2.10 Coins/points expire after 12 months if not redeemed.

3. User Account Responsibilities

3.1 You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
3.2 Account sharing is strictly prohibited.
3.3 All actions taken using your account will be treated as your own.
3.4 If you suspect unauthorized activity, notify us immediately.

4. User Verification & KYC

4.1 Certain redemptions may require identity verification (KYC).
4.2 Failure to complete KYC when asked may lead to withdrawal refusal or suspension.

5. Fraud Prevention & Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited:
• Submitting fake or manipulated data
• Using VPNs to manipulate tasks
• Creating multiple accounts
• Using bots, scripts, or automation
• Attempting to bypass, hack, or exploit the system
• Violating offerwall or partner network rules
• Misusing reward systems
Violation can lead to immediate termination, balance forfeiture, and legal action.

6. Suspension & Termination

6.1 We may suspend or terminate your account if these Terms are violated.
6.2 Rewards/coins of terminated accounts are forfeited.
6.3 Accounts inactive for 12 months may be suspended or deleted.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 WinZar’s logo, brand name, UI/UX, technology, content, systems, and designs are the exclusive property of Velmora Technologies.
7.2 You must not copy, modify, sell, or distribute any part of WinZar without written permission.
7.3 We are possessing Trade mark of WinZar name, logo and design. Using of the same may cause strick legal action.

8. Tax Responsibilities

8.1 Users are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on rewards.
8.2 WinZar does not calculate or deduct taxes on your behalf.

9. Limitation of Liability

WinZar is not liable for:
a) Technical issues, server errors, delays, or network failures
b) Unavailability or expiry of third-party gift cards
c) Incorrect user input during redemption
d) Errors or inaccuracies in third-party survey/task content
e) Any losses due to misuse, unauthorized access, or user negligence

Maximum liability is limited to the value of rewards earned in the preceding 3 months.

10. Data Security Disclaimer

10.1 We use secure industry-standard methods, but no system is 100% foolproof.
10.2 You accept that data transmission over the internet carries inherent risks.
10.3 Continued use of WinZar means you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
All disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh (India).

12. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including outages, natural disasters, or third-party service issues.

13. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

13.1 We encourage resolving disputes through negotiation first.
13.2 If unresolved, the matter will proceed to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
13.3 Arbitration will be held in Indore, and the award will be final.

14. Modification of Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time.
Updates become effective immediately when posted in the App or on our website.
Continued use means acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Refund & Cancellation Policy

15.1 Digital gift cards, vouchers, coins, and credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
15.2 Once a gift card is issued, it cannot be cancelled or exchanged.
15.3 Any redemption-related error must be reported within 48 hours.

16. Cookie & Tracking Policy

16.1 WinZar uses SDKs, APIs, cookies, and tracking tools for:
• Ad performance
• Fraud detection
• Personalization
• Task attribution
• App improvements
16.2 Use of the App implies consent to these tools.

17. Important Disclaimers (Safe for Play Store)

17.1 WinZar is NOT a real money gaming platform.
17.2 No gambling, betting, wagering, rummy, poker, or fantasy sports.
17.3 Users do NOT need to deposit money to earn rewards.
17.4 External third-party tasks may show payments/subscriptions — Users must NOT pay. Any payment made externally is at the user’s own risk, and WinZar is not responsible.
17.5 Rewards depend entirely on genuine task completion from network partners.
17.6 WinZar does not guarantee earnings or task availability.
17.7 Coins/points have no cash value and are purely virtual.

18. Third-Party Platform Disclaimer

WinZar integrates tasks from partner platforms like Theoremreach, Kiwiwall, Wannads, Admantium etc. We may integrate others also as per company policy and requirements.
If any task/offer asks for payment, subscription, or deposit, it is beyond WinZar’s control.
WinZar does not accept liability for any external transactions.
