These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the WinZar mobile application (“App”) and related services operated by Velmora Technologies (“WinZar”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By using WinZar, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and other applicable policies.
If you do not agree, you must stop using the App immediately.

1.1 WinZar is strictly for users aged 18 years or above.
1.2 Users below 18 are not allowed to use reward features and may have their accounts terminated.
1.3 You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
1.4 You are responsible for ensuring that use of WinZar is lawful in your jurisdiction.

2.1 WinZar is a reward-based engagement platform offering:

• Surveys

• Referral programs
2.2 WinZar is NOT a real-money gaming or gambling platform.
2.3 No deposit or payment is required to use core features.

3.1 Users earn points by playing games.
3.2 Points may convert into coins upon reaching predefined milestones.
3.3 If a user does not complete a milestone, complimentary coins may be credited at the rate of:

3.4 Milestone thresholds, conversion rates, and reward logic may change at any time.
3.5 Game rewards are subject to:
• Fair usage limits
• Anti-fraud checks

• VPN or proxy manipulation
• Bots, scripts, automation

9.1 WinZar may use automated systems to detect abuse.
9.2 If detected, we may:
• Cancel rewards
• Suspend or terminate account
• Restrict withdrawals
9.3 All decisions by WinZar are final and binding.

Maximum liability is limited to rewards earned in the last 3 months.

• Natural disasters
