Velmora Technologies (“WinZar”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to protecting your personal and non-personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, process, and safeguard your information when you use the WinZar mobile application (“App”) or related services.

Using WinZar means you agree to this Privacy Policy and consent to data processing as per applicable laws.

1. Definitions
• Personal Data: Information that identifies you (email address, device ID, IP address, contact details in case of KYC).
• Non-Personal Data: Aggregated, anonymous usage data that cannot identify you.
• Processing: Any operation on data (collecting, using, storing, deleting).
• Controller: WinZar – who decides how data is processed.
• Processor: Third-party networks or SDKs that process data on our behalf.

2. Information We Collect
a. Personal Data
(Only minimal data required for safe usage)
• Email Address (for login, communication)
• Device Information (Android ID, IP address, device model — for fraud prevention & security)
b. Non-Personal Data
• App usage behaviour
• Feature engagement
• Completion of tasks, offers, games
• Device-level analytics (crash logs, performance data)

c. Third-Party Data
We may receive limited information from:
• Monetization SDKs
• Offerwall partners
• Analytics platforms
Purpose: performance tracking, reward attribution, fraud protection.

3. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your data under:
• Consent (when you use the app)
• Legitimate Interest (fraud prevention, app security)
• Contractual Necessity (processing rewards)
• Legal Obligation (KYC if required in future)

5. User Verification (KYC)
Certain redemptions may require additional verification to maintain a safe environment.
KYC details are processed securely and used only for fraud-prevention and compliance

6. Data Sharing
We do NOT sell personal data.
We only share limited data with:
• Reward partners (for gift card delivery)
• Analytics tools (Firebase, GA)
• Offerwall & ad networks
• Verification partners (only if required)
All partners follow strict data protection rules. We may use trusted third-party SDKs and service providers to support core app functionality such as surveys, rewards processing, analytics, and security. These third-party services may process limited user data on our behalf in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable laws (including but not limited to Razorpay and BitLabs).

7. International Data Transfers
If data is processed outside your country, it is protected using:

8. Data Retention
Data is kept only as long as required for reward processing, security, and legal compliance.

9. Date Deletion
On account deletion request inside the app, all personal data is permanently deleted within 7 days, unless law requires longer retention.

12. Age Restrictions
WinZar is intended for adults aged 18 and above.
Although the Google Play rating may allow users aged 13+, the service and rewards are designed only for adults for security and compliance reasons.

13. Third-Party Disclaimer
Some tasks/offers are integrated from external platforms.
Users must NOT pay for any task, subscription, or deposit.
If a user chooses to pay outside WinZar, it is their personal decision, and WinZar cannot take responsibility or accept claims.

14. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including outages, natural disasters, or partner failures.

15. Dispute Resolution
All disputes must first be resolved through arbitration as per applicable laws before seeking other legal remedies.

16. Third-Party Platform Disclaimer

WinZar integrates tasks from partner platforms like Theoremreach, Kiwiwall, Wannads, Admantium etc. We may integrate others also as per company policy and requirements.
If any task/offer asks for payment, subscription, or deposit, it is beyond WinZar’s control.
WinZar does not accept liability for any external transactions. We recommend not to pay anything and despite user pay anything, it will be his/her own responsibility. We will not be responsible for the same.

17. Updates to This Policy
We may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Changes become effective once posted in the App or on our website.
